Yes you do, they are returned to you with your videos

How long does it take to do a video from photos?

Normal turn around is 10-14 days and the SHIP Time back to you(2-6 days depending on state). We also have a RUSH Service, price depends on how quickly you need it and where you live.

What size of photo can we mail in?

Any size up to an 8x10

May we use B&W photos?

Yes, Color, B&W or Sepia Tone are all fine.

May we use our own music?

Yes, but some restrictions apply. You must have purchased the music the video can not be for resale.

How do I number the photographs I mail in?

If you do not have our numbering labels, we recommend you use a pencil or write on some type of
label. DO NOT USE INK (it will bleed on to the next photo and will not come off.)

May I add live video footage with the photos?

Yes you can, but it can be difficult doing so long distance. We suggest you call us to discuss your project and get an estimate.

If my photos are old and discolored or cracked can they still be used?

Yes, we use software to enhance the visual quality of old images but is does not remove cracks or lines. We do offer some “light” restoration at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
